Incredibly preserved in the world-famous lithographic limestone of Bavaria, this 150 million year old lobster, measuring 4 3/8 inches long, displays spectacular detail across its whole carapace, from delicate antennae to fan-like tail, with outstretched pincers, chocolate brown in harmonious contrast to the creamy irregular matrix which measures 14 inches at the widest point.
