An ancient Cretaceous ammonite, this boasts the striking fern-like suture patterns of the original shell structure in lovely shades of green and warm honey calcite. The fossil has been artfully carved, however, to evoke a specimen partially uncurled, with the distinctive ridges to the shell, 10 inches wide.
