"OSTRICH" DINOSAUR FOOT

One of the feathered dinosaurs, ornithomimus was a fleet-footed herbivore, whose speed was its only defense against the large late Cretaceous predators like T. rex. This foot perfectly evokes its relationship to today's birds, as well as hinting at its speed, in fine condition, with excellent definition to the bones and claws, and an attractive sandy patina, presented on an ebonized metal display stand, 15 1/2 inches high overall.
