Well-preserved Roman bronze strainer depicting the latin word SANO within the bowl, c. 1st Century BC - 1st Century AD. The handle topped with a lotus depiction and the handle appearing to be in form of a bird’s head. Ex estate of Seward Kennedy, New York.
