Antique English 18th/19th century hand painted plate by Chamberlain Worcester, the interior of the plate decorated in chinoiserie with qilin, foo lions and scholars objects with a central coat of arms of Swanage England surrounded by the Scottish Irvine motto "sub sole sub umbra virens", signed on the base Chamberlain Worcester; overall good condition with minor surface wear, surface scratches and minor losses, some firing flaws to foot rim; W 8 1/2"
